Quick and Easy Monkey Bread uses store bought refrigerator biscuits and basic pantry items to create a delicious, ooey-gooey breakfast treat everyone will devour!!

Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup granulated white sugar
  • 2 16.3 ounce cans of refrigerator biscuits
  • 1 cup packed, brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup melted, butter
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a 12 cup Bundt Pan
  • In a large bowl or paper bag, combine cinnamon and sugar.
  • Open biscuits and cut each biscuit into 4 pieces and toss in cinnamon sugar to coat.
  • In a separate bowl, combine melted butter, brown sugar and vanilla. Whisk together and pour 1/2 of the butter mixture into the bottom of Bundt Pan. Place chopped nuts into melted butter mixture at bottom of the Bundt Pan.
  • Place cinnamon sugar coated biscuit pieces into Bundt Pan on top of brown sugar/butter/nut mixture, then pour the remaining 1/2 of butter/brown sugar mixture over the top of the biscuit pieces.
  • Place Bundt Pan into preheated oven and bake for approximately 25-30 minutes or until biscuits are cooked through.
  • Remove Bundt Pan from oven and let sit on counter to cool 10-15 minutes. Then carefully invert Bundt Pan onto a large plate or serving platter. Enjoy!!
