Quick and Easy Monkey Bread uses store bought refrigerator biscuits and basic pantry items to create a delicious, ooey-gooey breakfast treat everyone will devour!!
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a 12 cup Bundt Pan
In a large bowl or paper bag, combine cinnamon and sugar.
Open biscuits and cut each biscuit into 4 pieces and toss in cinnamon sugar to coat.
In a separate bowl, combine melted butter, brown sugar and vanilla. Whisk together and pour 1/2 of the butter mixture into the bottom of Bundt Pan. Place chopped nuts into melted butter mixture at bottom of the Bundt Pan.
Place cinnamon sugar coated biscuit pieces into Bundt Pan on top of brown sugar/butter/nut mixture, then pour the remaining 1/2 of butter/brown sugar mixture over the top of the biscuit pieces.
Place Bundt Pan into preheated oven and bake for approximately 25-30 minutes or until biscuits are cooked through.
Remove Bundt Pan from oven and let sit on counter to cool 10-15 minutes. Then carefully invert Bundt Pan onto a large plate or serving platter. Enjoy!!
