Canned Chunk Chicken If you have fresh chicken, you can use that instead 3/4 cup mayonaise 1 large avocado, cubed 1/4-1/3 cup chopped, Cilantro adjust based on your love of cilantro 1/3 cup pistachios or the size of a good handful 1/2 cup chopped, red onion 1 tsp onion powder 1 tsp lime juice 3/4 tsp chipotle powder
