Ingredients
  

  • 1-1/2 cup cilantro leaves
  • 1/2 cup parsley
  • 4 large green onions
  • 4 tbsp fresh, oregano
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1-1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 4 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 cup olive oil

Method
 

  1. Put all herbs, spices and vinegar into a food processor and turn on to grind.
  2. Slowly pour in olive and mix thoroughly.
  3. Drizzle over grilled meat or roasted vegetables. Enjoy!
