Cut meat into thin slices
Mix all marinade ingredients in a bowl, add sliced meat, toss to make sure all sides of the meat have been coated in marinade.
Cover with plastic, place in fridge and let sit 2-24 hours.
When marinated, pat meat dry with pieces of paper towel before placing on the dehydrator tray, making sure to leave an air gap between pieces of meat.
Set dehydrator to 160 degrees and leave for at least 8 hours before checking for doneness. In most cases, it takes 12 or more hours. Again, it depends on the thickness of your meat. Enjoy!
