Ingredients
  

  • 12 large eggs
  • 2 cups water

  • Instant Pot 6 quart

Method
 

  1. Place clean eggs on steamer rack in Instant Pot.
  2. Pour 2 cups of water into Instant Pot and place lid onto pot and make sure it is secured.
  3. Push "manual high" or "egg" which will make a number 5 appear in the window. This would indicate it will cook for 5 minutes. When timer goes off, turn the quick pressure release valve to "venting."
  4. Once all the pressure has been released, carefully remove lid and set aside.
  5. Remove eggs and place into an ice bath for a few minutes or until you are able to comfortably handle eggs to peel.
