Method
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9 x 13 baking dish (I use butter).
- In a medium sized bowl, crack and which all 12 eggs, making sure to break the yolks.
- Add in melted butter, grated cheese, cottage cheese, baking powder, cornstarch, salt and pepper and mix together until all ingredients are well incorporated.
- Pour the egg mixture into a greased baking dish and then place into a preheated oven for approximately 35 minutes. The edges should be bubbling and the top lightly golden when done.
- Let the eggs sit for 5 minutes before slicing to eat. Garnish with chopped chives. Enjoy!
