Chimichurri Sauce
Chimichurri Sauce is a herbaceous, garlicky, vinegar sauce served over grilled meats and roasted vegetables.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cup cilantro leaves
- 1/2 cup parsley
- 4 large green onions
- 4 tbsp fresh, oregano
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1-1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 4 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 cup olive oil
Instructions
- Put all herbs, spices and vinegar into a food processor and turn on to grind.
- Slowly pour in olive and mix thoroughly.
- Drizzle over grilled meat or roasted vegetables. Enjoy!
