In a medium bowl, mix all the ingredients together except the chicken. Set about 1/2 cup of the sauce aside for later.
Place the chicken pieces into the crock pot and pour the sauce over the chicken. Give this a stir, coating all the pieces of chicken and place the lid on the crock pot.
Set the crock pot to high for 3-4 hours or low for 4-5 hours.
When the chicken is done, remove it and place on a foil lined cookie sheet. Baste with half of the reserved sauce and place under broiler for about 2 minutes.
Remove from broiler, turn chicken, baste again and place back under the broiler for 2-3 minutes or until the sauce beings to caramelize and the chicken gets crispy.
