Place warm water in bowl, sprinkle with sugar and yeast. Give a stir and let sit for 2 minutes.
Add all remaining ingredients to bowl containing yeast, sugar and water. Mix with wooden spoon.
When difficult to stir, sprinkle 1-2 Tbsp flour onto work surface, turn dough out onto flour and knead for 2 minutes. Then place into an oiled bowl and cover for 1 hour or doubled in size.
When done rising, preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly flour work surface and dump dough out, cut dough in half.
Lightly press each section of dough into a large rectangle with your fingertips. Then use a rolling pin to make a larger, thinner rectangle about 1/4-1/2 inch in thickness.
Sprinkle mozzarella, parmesan cheese, pizza seasonings, then cooked meat of your choice and other toppings. You can sprinkle additional mozzarella and parmesan onto top before rolling up.
Starting with long end, roll dough up as tightly as you can without tearing dough, like a pinwheel.
Pinch seam of dough onto pinwheel to seal when done rolling. Pinch ends, then with your finger, push inwards and pinch again to seal ends.
Carefully place Rolled Pizza Bread onto a large baking sheet seam side down. Gently make angled slits across top of dough to allow steam to vent. Put into an oven preheated to 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
When done cooking, let bread sit for 5 minutes and then cut into 1 inch pieces and dip into hot pizza sauce. Enjoy!
