Method
- Place olive oil in large saucepan to heat. Add chopped garlic to the saucepan and saute for just 1-2 minutes. You do not want the garlic to brown.
- Then add the tomato sauce and tomato paste to the olive oil in the sauce pan and stir to incorporate the tomato paste.
- Add all remaining ingredients to the sauce and simmer for 25-30 minutes or sauce is bubbling.

Notes
***If you want to add wine, vegetables, cooked ground meats etc, you will add this along with all the other ingredients in the recipe and simmer them in the sauce for the 25 minutes***
