Method
- Place chicken, cream cheese, Green Chiles and water into Instant Pot. Sprinkle Ranch Seasoning over the top.
- Place lid on Instant Pot, set Manual High Pressure for 15 minutes. When done, do a quick release to let off steam.
- Remove chicken and quickly shred (I put the chicken in bowl with tall sides and then use my hand mixer, it will be shredded in just a minute or so). Add shredded chicken back to Instant Pot.
- Add shredded cheese and cooked bacon, stir to incorporate and Enjoy!!
Notes
I eat this on buns as a sandwich or heat in a shallow dish for a warm dip with crackers or sour dough bread pieces.
