Method
- For Lamb Burgers, mix together lamb, feta, salt and pepper and form into patties.
- You will want to oil the grill prior to placing patties to prevent sticking.
- Place patties on a hot bbq grill and cook approximately 4-5 minutes per side. When done, the burger should be slightly firm and very, slightly pink in the middle.
For Aioli, add mayonaise, pressed garlic, parsley, lemon juice and salt together and mix until all ingredients are well incorporated. Keep chilled.
