Lamb Burgers with Lemon Garlic Aioli
Tender lamb burgers, topped with a lemony/garlic aioli is flavor packed and delicious!
- 2 pounds ground, lamb
- 6-8 ounces crumbled, feta cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black, pepper
Lemon Garlic Aioli
- 3/4 cups mayonaise
- 2-3 cloves garlic, pressed or finely minced can alter this depending on your love of garlic
- 2 Tablespoons chopped parsley
- 1 med juice of lemon (or approx 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 teasponn salt
For Lamb Burgers, mix together lamb, feta, salt and pepper and form into patties.
You will want to oil the grill prior to placing patties to prevent sticking.
Place patties on a hot bbq grill and cook approximately 4-5 minutes per side. When done, the burger should be slightly firm and very, slightly pink in the middle.
For Aioli, add mayonaise, pressed garlic, parsley, lemon juice and salt together and mix until all ingredients are well incorporated. Keep chilled.
