Ingredients
7-8slicessmoky bacon, cooked cut into pieces
3poundsboneless, skinless, chicken breasts
2packetRanch Seasoning
38 ouncecream cheese
1/4cupwater
2cupsshredded cheddar cheese
24 ounceHatch's Green Chiles
Instructions
Place chicken, cream cheese, Green Chiles and water into Instant Pot. Sprinkle Ranch Seasoning over the top.
Place lid on Instant Pot, set Manual High Pressure for 15 minutes. When done, do a quick release to let off steam.
Remove chicken and quickly shred (I put the chicken in bowl with tall sides and then use my hand mixer, it will be shredded in just a minute or so). Add shredded chicken back to Instant Pot.
Add shredded cheese and cooked bacon, stir to incorporate and Enjoy!!
Notes
I eat this on buns as a sandwich or heat in a shallow dish for a warm dip with crackers or sour dough bread pieces.
